Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain locations may be unavailable due to shipping carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other logistical limitations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and shipping carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 6–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and applicable promotions. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, subject to the conditions displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, internet outages, acts of war, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at douelyn@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons (including failure to pay customs duties or provide accurate delivery information), shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any other related expenses may be deducted from any applicable refund.
